3. Use of Website

3.1 User Responsibilities

You agree to use the MAG Digitizing website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website in a way that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the website, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to hack, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our website.

4. Our Services

MAG Digitizing provides professional digital design services for embroidery businesses, apparel brands, promotional product companies, print shops, fashion brands, and individual customers.

4.1 Embroidery Digitizing

We convert your logo, artwork, image, patch design, cap design, or custom design into embroidery machine-ready files. These files are prepared for smooth stitching, clean thread paths, proper density, and machine compatibility.

4.2 Vector Art Services

We convert raster images, screenshots, low-resolution logos, hand-drawn sketches, or pixelated artwork into clean scalable vector artwork suitable for printing, screen printing, signage, laser cutting, vinyl, and professional production.

4.3 Premade Digital Designs

We may offer downloadable premade designs. These are digital products and are delivered through download links, customer account downloads, email, or order details pages.

4.4 Custom Design Services

Custom design orders are created based on the instructions, artwork, files, placement, format, and specifications provided by the customer.

5. Orders and Quotes

5.1 Quote Requests

Customers may request a free quote by submitting artwork and details such as required size, file format, embroidery placement, fabric type, stitch style, and special instructions.

5.2 Order Placement

When placing an order, you must provide accurate information. Incorrect size, wrong file format, unclear instructions, or missing artwork may delay the order.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you may receive confirmation through email, order page, or account dashboard. It is your responsibility to review order details and notify us immediately if anything is incorrect.

5.4 Right to Refuse Orders

MAG Digitizing reserves the right to refuse any order that includes offensive, illegal, copyrighted, trademarked, hateful, adult, abusive, or inappropriate content.

6. Artwork Submission

You may submit artwork in formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, CDR, or other digital file types. The quality of the final output depends partly on the quality and clarity of the artwork provided.

6.1 Low-Quality Images

We can work with screenshots and low-quality images, but unclear artwork may require recreation, redrawing, or extra clarification. In some cases, additional charges may apply.

6.2 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is correct, complete, and legally usable. You must not submit any artwork that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.

6.3 Usage Permission

By submitting artwork, you grant MAG Digitizing permission to use, edit, convert, digitize, trace, resize, optimize, and prepare the artwork only for the purpose of completing your order.

7. File Formats

MAG Digitizing supports many embroidery file formats including DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, ART, SEW, PCS, VIP, PEC, EMD, TAP, EMB, and more.

We also support vector and artwork formats such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, and other production-ready file types.

Please mention your machine name or required file format when placing an order. If no format is specified, we may deliver commonly used formats based on the service type.

8. Embroidery Machine Compatibility

We prepare files for a wide range of embroidery machines including Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina, Tajima, Barudan, Janome, Melco, Ricoma, SWF, ZSK, Happy Japan, Singer, PFAFF, Husqvarna Viking, and more.

If your machine is not listed on our website, you may still contact us. We will do our best to provide a compatible format for your machine or software.

9. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time depends on design complexity, order volume, file type, and customer instructions. Most standard digitizing orders are completed within 12–24 hours.

Urgent or rush orders may be completed within 2–4 hours depending on availability, complexity, and whether all required information has been provided.

Turnaround time starts after we receive complete artwork, instructions, and required order details. Delays may occur if customer clarification is needed.

10. Pricing and Payments

10.1 Pricing

Pricing may depend on design complexity, size, stitch type, artwork quality, service type, delivery urgency, number of files, and additional customization.

10.2 Payment Methods

We may accept payments through secure online methods such as PayPal, credit card, debit card, Stripe, or other available payment gateways shown on our website.

10.3 No Phone Payments

For your security, we do not accept payment details over phone calls. Never share your credit card, bank account, password, or private payment information over the phone.

10.4 Price Changes

MAG Digitizing may update pricing, discounts, packages, or service charges at any time without prior notice.

11. Delivery of Files

Completed files may be delivered through email, customer account downloads, order details page, or other digital delivery method used by our website.

It is the customer’s responsibility to download, save, and back up delivered files after completion. MAG Digitizing is not responsible for lost files after they have been successfully delivered.

If you do not receive your file, please contact our support team with your order details.

12. Revisions and Edits

12.1 Minor Edits

Minor edits may include small thread adjustments, format changes, minor size correction, simple color changes, or small stitch improvements.

12.2 Major Edits

Major changes such as adding new elements, changing the artwork, redesigning the logo, changing placement style, converting to a different service type, or completely modifying the design may require additional charges.

12.3 Revision Timing

Revision requests should be submitted as soon as possible after receiving your file. Delayed revision requests may not be eligible for free edits.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy

13.1 Digital Service Nature

Since embroidery digitizing and vector art services are custom digital services, refunds are handled carefully and depend on the status of the order.

13.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if the service was not delivered, if we are unable to complete the order, or if there is a clear error from our side that cannot be corrected.

13.3 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Customer provided wrong size, wrong instructions, or wrong file format.
  • Customer changed their mind after delivery.
  • Customer approved or downloaded the completed digital file.
  • Customer requested a completely different design after completion.
  • Artwork quality was poor and customer did not provide better reference files.

13.4 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before work begins. Once the digitizing, vector tracing, or custom work has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a partial charge.

14. Digital Downloads

Digital products available for instant download are provided as digital files only. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated.

Downloadable files may include embroidery files, design files, mockups, zip folders, or other digital assets. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable files may not be refundable once downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

15.1 Customer Artwork

Customers retain ownership of their original artwork. By submitting artwork to MAG Digitizing, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the artwork.

15.2 MAG Digitizing Content

All website content, service descriptions, graphics, layouts, images, icons, banners, text, code, and branding created by MAG Digitizing remain the property of MAG Digitizing.

15.3 Unauthorized Use

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, or use our website content, product images, design previews, or branding without written permission.

16. Copyright and Trademark Responsibility

MAG Digitizing is not responsible for verifying the copyright or trademark status of every artwork submitted by customers. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use, reproduce, digitize, embroider, print, or modify submitted artwork.

If a third party claims ownership or infringement regarding artwork submitted by you, you agree to defend and hold MAG Digitizing harmless from any claims, damages, expenses, or legal issues.

17. Quality and Production Disclaimer

We prepare embroidery files with care and professional technique, but final embroidery results may vary depending on fabric, stabilizer, thread type, machine settings, hooping, needle, operator skill, and production environment.

MAG Digitizing is responsible for creating the digital file, but we are not responsible for physical embroidery production mistakes caused by machine settings, fabric movement, poor hooping, incorrect thread tension, wrong stabilizer, or operator error.

18. Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing previews, file details, size, colors, and final design before production. If you proceed with embroidery, printing, or production without checking the file, MAG Digitizing is not responsible for production loss or material damage.

19. Communication

We may contact you through email, website forms, live chat, WhatsApp, order notes, or account messages regarding your order, quote, payment, file delivery, revisions, or support.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and check your messages regularly. Delayed responses from the customer may delay order completion.

20. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect necessary information such as name, email, phone number, billing details, order details, uploaded artwork, and payment-related information to provide our services.

We use your information for order processing, customer support, file delivery, communication, service improvement, fraud prevention, and website functionality.

We do not sell your personal information. Payment information is handled through secure payment processors and is not stored by MAG Digitizing unless clearly supported by the payment provider.

21. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party tools such as payment gateways, analytics tools, email services, live chat systems, hosting providers, security tools, or external links.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, downtime, or actions of third-party websites or service providers. You should review their policies before using them.

We do our best to keep the website available and working properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Website downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, updates, security checks, plugin conflicts, or technical problems.

25. Errors and Inaccuracies
